Real Estate Salesperson
We are currently seeking Buyer’s Agents for our growing team. Candidates must have a Michigan Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one in the near future. We can assist in the licensing process.
No previous real estate experience needed however past sales or customer service experience is desirable.
Income opportunities vary based on a part time or full time commitment.

General Duties:
- Lead/client follow ups
- Weekly prospecting
- Showing homes
- Hosting open houses
Internship - Marketing & Social Media
This position will provide the opportunity to turn knowledge obtained in the classroom into significant business development and marketing activities. Weekly involvement with professionals and business owners in the Grand Rapids community will provide the intern with valuable insight into the entrepreneurial process and also encourage the intern to contribute their personal and creative twist to the company’s marketing & growth strategy.
Intern will assist and participate in social marketing, communications, & administrative including but not limited to:

- Market research and identification of marketing opportunities
- Development of marketing material, social media and campaigns
- Assist in the management of social media strategy execution from concept through completion and analysis
- Assist in the planning and execution of business related events
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
- Participate in career development opportunities
Hours & Compensation
- Approximately 8-12 hours per week (depending on what is needed for college credit if applicable). We are willing to work around an intern’s schedule, some nights or weekends may apply.
- Dwell GR will cover costs for career development opportunities, business meetings or events.
- If the intern wishes to receive academic credit for the internship, it will be the intern’s responsibility to make arrangements with his or her school. We will provide the necessary job description and performance reviews upon request.
